MEET OUR CHEF

Matthew Gillombardo, the talented and creative Executive Chef at Trivs Restaurant, has over 24 years of culinary experience. Chef Gillombardo took the lead of Trivs kitchen in 2008, working with Owner Mike Trivisonno Jr. to cultivate an eclectic, tasteful menu for all customers. Raised in Parma, Ohio, Matthew graduated from Padua Franciscan High School and went on to graduate from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute. Chef Matthew’s goals aimed to pursue a career in bringing high quality cuisine to appease all guest pallets. He strives for perfection each day at Trivs, as he is happy to accommodate all special requests and ensures a truly unparalleled experience for diners every time.
